We welcome new members of all ages, at any time. Members can be as active or inactive as they wish. Membership dues help us run our organization, which encompasses three “buckets” of outreach: 1) the Japanese garden; 2) an on-going high school exchange program with our sister city in Japan, and 3) regular Japanese cultural events. As we grow, we intend to offer more benefits, such as access to cultural events. Our dues are as follows:

Nonprofit $40.00      Business $50.00      Benefactor $200.00+

Support Us
We rely on additional donations to keep our programs vibrant. For example, you can provide a full ($200) or partial scholarship to help a needy student go to Japan as an exchange student. Or you can direct your donation to support Skosh. Or you can donate to the Tsuru Island endowment. Membership dues and donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) organization. A receipt and our tax ID will be mailed to you once we receive your donation. Donations are accepted all year long.
